Kenneth Worthy - Vice President of Process & Lifecycle
Ken is a Mechanical Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 36 years of experience in process improvement. Ken possesses an advanced knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodology and translates that into increased efficiencies for a wide range of clients in Biopharma, Healthcare, and Manufacturing Industries.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Engineer with nine years of experience in the food and pharmaceutical industry managing a diverse range of projects to ensure food safety and quality requirements and deliverables are achieved with regards to PLC and HMI programming, PLC equipment troubleshooting, AutoCAD design, electrical cabinet layout/design/troubleshooting, equipment installation and testing, instrumentation, VFD parameter troubleshooting and backup and CIP system programming. Exceptionally strong organizational, technical, interpersonal, leadership skills with extensive experience working independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Project engineer with 20 years combined experience and 11 years of engineering-project-focused experience. Josh manages engineering projects with proven, professional initiatives, with a background in business, and large-scale management.
Josh has a demonstrated history of pharmaceutical equipment & facility/utility validation; his expertise includes GxP, validation, pharmaceutical equipment commissioning and qualification, and periodic equipment/process reviews.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham. In addition, Josh has numerous certifications, including Inductive Automation's Inductive University and Application Server / InTouch System Platform.
